Lohan Qigong Classes
Lohan Qigong sets are slow, flowing, and relaxed. They promote internal organ harmony, correct breathing, and a healthier stronger body. The slow movements of Qigong are similar to Tai Chi.
Classes start with warmup exercises, stretching, and Qi massage. New students will learn breathing and walking exercises. After a month or two, students will start learning the first Lohan Qigong set, the 18 Lohan.
