World Tai Chi & Qigong DayKapiolani Park, Honolulu, Hawaii (April 30, 2011)
About 30 people turned out to enjoy the perfect weather and to learn how to use Qigong to improve their well-being. Some chose to sit on the side but still participated by following arm and hand movements. Sifu Kieran did many Qigong exercises with the group and at the end of the afternoon, demonstrated the first Qigong set, the 18 Lohan Qigong.

Sifu Kieran attended a seminar by Grandmaster Chen in Jiangmen, XinHui. He visited King Mui village and entered the tournament for Chan Heung's 200th birthday Anniversary celebration. Choy Lee Fut martial artists from the USA, Canada, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Finland, Germany, Chile, Brazil, Venezuela, Mexico, Hong Kong, Singapore and many other countries traveled to China to celebrate. |
