Be a part of this FREE world-wide event, celebrating World Tai Chi and Qigong Day.
Come and have fun outside on a beautiful Honolulu afternoon practicing Qigong. No experience necessary. We will be doing stress-relieving, slow movements combined with gentle breathing exercises for better health and energy!
